With a strong commitment from the executive team to transform the operations functions around claims improvement and to lead the market around innovation, our client has role for a truly inspirational workers compensation professional to join their leadership team.

You will be responsible for;

• Identify, analyse, solution design and implement change with a focus on business optimisation and efficiencies
• Guide and lead leaders through strategic business changes
• Develop alliance and collaboration with all internal and external partners

You will have the opportunity to create real cultural change in a traditional insurance environment.
 
They will love your background in; 

• A genuine thought leadership in the workers compensation claims industry 
• People and stakeholder management experience including supplier relationship management 
• Process improvement/project management experience ideally across automations/AI
