You will be responsible for;
- Identify, analyse, solution design and implement change with a focus on business optimisation and efficiencies
- Guide and lead leaders through strategic business changes
- Develop alliance and collaboration with all internal and external partners
You will have the opportunity to create real cultural change in a traditional insurance environment.
They will love your background in; - A genuine thought leadership in the workers compensation claims industry
- People and stakeholder management experience including supplier relationship management
- Process improvement/project management experience ideally across automations/AI
