• Being the 'go to' for all technical personal injury/casualty claims for the wider team
• Coaching staff to support them with more complex claims
• Managing a portfolio of sensitive and often litigated claims
• Attending mediations and gathering all supporting information
• Enjoying a varied role, reporting to a manager that allows you to perform in your role, whilst being there when required
