We’re are working with a leading loss adjusting firm seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in the assessment, costing, and resolution of insurance claims related to construction, infrastructure, and major property losses.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct forensic analysis and cost assessments of property damage and construction-related insurance claims
  • Prepare detailed cost reports, repair scopes, and expert advice for clients and insurers
  • Collaborate with adjusters, insurers, legal professionals, and contractors to resolve complex claims
  • Attend site inspections, client meetings, and where required
About You
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (or other related field)
  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying, with some exposure to insurance, construction disputes, or loss adjusting
  • Strong forensic cost analysis and report writing skills
