The role 
  • Managing a portfolio of broking clients 
  • Full 360 recruitment role from planning/sales/account management and candidate management 
  • Established clients and candidates on CRM to build upon

About you 
  • Experienced 360 recruiter within financial services (ideally insurance/wealth management or professional services)
  • Proven success in maintaining and growing new business 
  • Excellent communication / Negotiation and Account Management skills 
  • High candidate care philosophy 
  • Strong team player and highly driven
