Due to the retirement of one of our amazing team who has been with us for over 10 years we now have a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take over an established claims desk.

The role
- Managing and growing long-standing client relationships
- Developing new business opportunities across the insurance claims market
- Recruiting high-quality permanent and contract talent
- Building trusted partnerships with candidates throughout their careers
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Becoming a genuine market expert within the insurance claims industry
About you
- Proven success within agency recruitment
- Insurance experience or financial services
- A track record of business development and account management
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- A consultative approach with excellent communication skills
- The ability to quickly learn and understand technical insurance claims roles
- Strong organisational skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
