The role:

You’ll manage a reduced Retail portfolio of 20–25 Income Protection and TPD claims, applying deep technical assessment and case strategy. With dedicated medical and rehab support, you’ll have time to focus on decision-making, not firefighting. Beyond the portfolio, you’ll also play a role in coaching developing assessors and contributing to uplift projects across quality and process
