• Refresh enterprise risk register, set appetites, drive culture shift across the team
• Scale controls testing and assurance—independent reviews that stick
• Own compliance register: track reg changes, handle breaches, translate to action
• Produce sharp Board reports on trends/issues; escalate what matters
• Policy advice blending sector trends, plus workshops to upskill first-line

Your Edge

• 5+ years Risk/Compliance in financial services; APRA/ASIC fluency essential
• Track record building ERM frameworks + controls/RCSA in changing environments
• Natural in lean, agile teams—practical doer, not process junkie
• Executive presence for GC/Board rooms; MS Office sharp + flawless comms/detail
• Proactive self-starter; project coordination and process mapping experience
