You will:

• Provide expert guidance on complex workers compensation claims
• Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across multiple teams
• Coach and mentor Technical Specialists and Case Managers
• Review and endorse high-value or complex claims decisions
• Partner with leadership to embed best practice and drive performance improvements

Your background will include:

• Proven experience as a Technical Specialist in workers compensation claims – this is essential
• Deep, practical knowledge of relevant legislation – critical to success in this role
• Ability to interpret complex claims and make technically sound decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coaching or mentoring technical teams is highly desirable
• Confidence influencing senior leadership without direct line management authority
