These opportunities will help shape how Mental Injury and complex claims are managed, with the backing of strong systems, credible leadership, and true peer support.

Open Roles:

Senior Case Managers – Mental Injury (x2)

• Manage complex psychological claims including trauma, bullying, PTSD, and secondary psych.
• Guide DSM-5 assessments, impairment thresholds, and eligibility decisions under WIRC reforms.
• Mentor peers on trauma-informed practice and contribute to sustainable, claimant-focused outcomes.

Technical Managers (x2)

• Provide expert advice, coaching, and escalation support on complex and disputed claims.
• Lead technical reviews (52–130 weeks), scheme compliance, and legislative interpretation.
• Deliver team training and help translate reform into practical, frontline action.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of Victorian Workers Compensation experience
• Expertise in mental injury claims or complex technical portfolios
• Strong stakeholder engagement, legislative confidence, and mentoring skills
• A desire to lead by example and lift practice from within
