We are working with a well-known, leading global insurance company that is seeking to attract experienced and passionate customer-focused senior-level case managers to newly created roles in Perth.  Experience within workers compensation is essential.

You will:

• Work with a client portfolio to manage workers compensation claims
• End-to-end claims management, including determining liability through to finalisation
• Support the Team Managers as required with reporting, strategy, and portfolio insights

• Strong workers compensation case management experience and indepth technical knowledge, applying legislation
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
• Managing high complex claims
• Supporting team members with claims strategies
