An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Strata Broker to join a well-established and growing insurance brokerage.

Working within a specialist Strata team and reporting directly to the Head of Strata, you will manage a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial strata clients while being supported by a dedicated in-house claims team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated broker who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering technical advice, and contributing to new business growth within a collaborative team environment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately $400k in GWP, including:

• Managing residential and commercial strata accounts
• New business quotations and placement
• Policy renewals and remarketing where required
• Mid-term endorsements and policy adjustments
• Cancellations and general policy administration
• Handling day-to-day client and insurer queries
• Working closely with a dedicated claims team to ensure seamless service delivery

About You:

• Previous experience in strata insurance broking (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong technical understanding of strata policies and placements
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio autonomously while contributing to a team environment
• Tier 1 qualification (or equivalent) preferred
