Tax Manager - General Insurance

My client is looking to appoint a Tax Manager for their growing business due to the retirement of the current tax manager.

You will have full end to end accountability for the Tax function including:
- Manage annual compliance obligations, including tax return lodgements and payment requirements.
- General Tax Accounting
- Direct and Indirect Tax compliance 
- State and federal tax compliance 
- BAS and GST preparation 
- Monthly/quarterly and annual tax reporting

You will be able demonstrate 
- Significant tax accounting experience 
- Management of end to end tax accounting function
- Insurance sector experience - Life/General/Broking/Underwriting Agency
- Excellent communication skills 
- Exceptional time management and history of meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
