In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex claims and mentoring less experienced staff across liability and/or professional indemnity claims. You will be reporting to the National Claims Manager, who has fostered an excellent culture and will ensure you are well-supported in your role. 
  
Duties And Key Responsibilities  

• Manage a diverse portfolio of liability and/or professional indemnity claims.
• Oversee technical claims decisions and ensure timely reserving practices.
• Enhance technical skills and capabilities through coaching, support, and professional development.

  
Skills and Experience: 

• Extensive experience within public liability or professional indemnity (coming from either a claims background or private practice).
• Experience mentoring and guiding less experienced staff.
