• You will bring several years of experience in workers compensation, managing technical claims
• Customer service is a key driver and part of everything you deliver
• Strong technical expert, understanding legislation and applying to complex claims
• Able to manage your workload and deal with different priorities
• Look to achieve positive outcomes for the injured worker
