Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Case Manager ready to step up, or a Technical Specialist seeking a new challenge in Workers’ Compensation

You will:

• Provide technical guidance on workers’ compensation claims within your team
• Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across claims decisions
• Coach and mentor Case Managers to build capability
• Review and endorse claims decisions where required
• Partner with Team Leaders and senior technical staff to embed best practice

Your background will include:

• Proven experience as a Senior Case Manager or Technical Specialist within Workers’ Compensation
• Solid, practical knowledge of relevant legislation, with the confidence to interpret and apply it
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members is highly desirable
• Experience in front-end claims management is ideal
