What you’ll be doing:
 
You’ll move into a dedicated claims role in the Travel portfolio, managing corporate travel, leisure travel and specialist travel claims from end to end. This is not a box-ticking job. You will interpret policy terms, assess liability, set strategy and communicate with empathy while making sound decisions that shape client outcomes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Owning and managing your own portfolio of travel claims
• Reviewing documents, assessing liability and identifying the next steps
• Calculating benefits and assessing financial exposure
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Communicating clearly, calmly and with care
• Managing claims to resolution while delivering quality results on time
• Applying policy terms confidently and consistently
• Making sure every traveller feels supported and understood

What you’ll bring: 

• At least 2 years experience in insurance
• (travel, A&H or general insurance all welcome)
• Strong judgement and a solutions focused mindset
• Confident communication and a naturally empathetic approach
• The ability to manage competing priorities with calm and control
• A genuine desire to grow, learn and build your technical capability
