• Spend most of your time reviewing risks, setting terms and keeping good business on the books.

• Experience in Commercial Liability underwriting.
• A good eye for risk and the confidence to price business fairly.
• The ability to build trust with brokers and have honest conversations about terms.
• A hands-on approach to managing your own portfolio and keeping it profitable.
