You will manage a portfolio of Income Protection and Total and Permanent Disability claims, assessing eligibility and ongoing entitlement, reviewing medical evidence and setting clear claims strategies.

Work alongside experienced Leaders, in-house Rehab consultants and  Technical specialists, with genuine support as you develop your Life product knowledge.

The work remains meaningful and customer-focused, while offering a structured, collaborative culture and rewarding environment without the chaos..

What you will be doing: 

• Reviewing medical, vocational and financial information
• Assessing claim eligibility and ongoing entitlement
• Developing clear and considered claims strategies
• Working with rehabilitation providers, medical professionals and internal specialists
• Managing customer and stakeholder communication
• Supporting claims from initial assessment through to resolution
