Admin/Adviser Support

A Mortgage and Insurance Adviser is looking for an Administration Adviser Support Professional to join their team in the new year. 

Your essential duties and characteristics would be:

Uploading referrals into CRM.
Call and Book Referrals into the Advisers calendar.
Send online fact find documents for clients to complete before meetings.
Work pipeline and outstanding requirements to issue.

Being confident working with underwriters would be an advantage. 
Professional Customer Service delivery at all times. 
Executing admin duties as required in a timely manner, in order for the Adviser to see as many clients as possible.
