Administration Assistant - Insurance
What you will love about this role
- Being the support for the claims functions and handling calls to assist with managing the claim
- Taking calls following property damage and finding out full information and allocating according to the urgency
- Liaising with property assessors to update them on new claims
- Using your administration skills to log claims and track them via an Excel spreadsheet
