Administration Assistant - Insurance

What you will love about this role
  • Being the support for the claims functions and handling calls to assist with managing the claim
  • Taking calls following property damage and finding out full information and allocating according to the urgency
  • Liaising with property assessors to update them on new claims
  • Using your administration skills to log claims and track them via an Excel spreadsheet
