Quality Assurance Specialist - Claims

Are you a Claims Consultant or QA Specialist with Insurance industry experience? Do you love contributing new ideas and analysing processes? 
This may be the role for you!

My client is looking for a fun and friendly QA Specialist to join the team.

What will you be doing?
- Assisting the Claims team with projects such as revamping the onboarding process for new claims staff.
- Contributing ideas and change outcomes regarding claims processes and procedures.
- Assisting with Operational duties such as administrative support to claims consultants involving issuance of claim documentation across all lines of business.
- Market analysis of insurance products and claims processes for Motor, Property, Strata and Liaility. 
- Quality Assurance measurement for each claim.
- Other Adhoc tasks as required.

What you will need:
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work across multile systems at once
- A think outside the box attitude
- At least 1 year working in an insurance environment
