Broking Operations Manager

Established 5 years ago, this boutique Brokerage has been on a significant growth trajectory, and this role has been created to support the business through the next growth phase.

  • Overseeing a team of 16 Broking and Claims staff, including 4 administrators based offshore
  • Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Developing, implementing and improving systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing and monitoring workflow
  • Taking ownership of the compliance function for the business

About you:
  • Previous experience in a Broking Operations role or significant involvement in operational improvement projects 
  • Strong technical knowledge of general insurance products 
  • Prior experience developing operational efficiencies and process improvements 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to negotiate at a high level and influence others
  • Experience with Broker and Insurer operating systems
