Claims Administrator

What you will be doing:
- Providing administrative support to Claims Assessors.
- Creating templates for issuance to Brokers, Underwriters and third parties.
- Process claim payments and identify discrepancies.
- Answer inbound calls related to policy management and change of information.
- CRM system updates across multiple systems.
- Following up on outstanding payments from Brokers or Insureds.

What you will need:
- At least 6 months experience in administration.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
