Claims Advisors/Customer Service Advisors x Multiple Roles
THE ROLE:
- Working on a busy portfolio, managing residential property claims end to end.
- Liaising with builders, insurers, and clients regarding claims, assisting them with their enquires and providing relevant information
- Managing a high-volume portfolio, which means this is a busy and interesting role!
- Speaking to the insurer regarding any queries
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in working in a busy commercial/insurance role, managing a variety of tasks
- With outstanding oral and written communication skills in order to respond to enquiries
- Used to dealing with a variety of stakeholders in order to work through any issues and update on their claim
- Confident with using multiple databases
