Claims Team Leader

Claims Team Leader - Casualty

What you would be doing:

  • Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 6.
  • Managing a targeted Casualty claims portfolio, including claims escalations and complaints.
  • Provide leadership to direct reports, including identifying performance gaps against key KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and intermediaries.
  • Liaising with Insurers, Service Providers, Underwriters, and compliance experts.
  • Recruiting, engaging and retaining skilled consultants who align with company values.
  • Any other duties as required.
