Claims Technical Training Consultant - Life Insurance
We are working with an industry leader in life insurance currently looking to further enhance the capabilities of their claims function across retail insurance and group insurance.

Working in a team of technical & training consultants you will;
- Develop or source claims-specific training material, utilizing case studies, new/changed legislation, new/changed systems and process and other relevant material
- Deliver training material and/or organize the delivery of training material by appropriate presenters (internal or external)
- In conjunction with Team Managers and Senior Case Managers, provide mentoring and coaching to new starters
Does your background include;
- Life insurance claims experience
- Demonstrated experience in conducting training sessions (1-1 and group) in both technical and soft skills (desirable)
- Experience completing needs analysis and developing training material
- Certificate IV in training (desirable)
