Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Growth and retention of the existing client portfolio
  • Act as a referral point within the team for complex client matters 
  • Develop strong relationships with insurers and business partners
  • Coaching and developing junior staff 
You will have:
  • A proven track-record of managing a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Understanding of the Real Estate industry and existing networks (highly advantageous)
  • Effective communication skills to foster and develop internal and external relationships
  • Prior experience coaching, leading and/or mentoring others 
  • Tier 1 Broking Qualification
