Corporate Office Administrator - Melbourne CBD

My client is a highly reputable and successful boutique financial planning firm based in Melbourne CBD and currently they are looking for a dedicated and experienced corporate office Administrator to join the team on a permanent full time basis.

  • Position is in the office 5 days per week
  • 9am – 5pm office hours
  • The role is 20% reception, 80% office administration 
Duties Include:
Reception Duties: telephone, stationery, client welcoming, room set-up, kitchen cleanliness
Appointment Scheduling
Trouble Shooting – faults with equipment / computers
Monthly client reviews (updating XPlan and scheduling reviews)
Beginning of month client reports
Filing / scanning
ID recording / AML
Special Projects as well as Marketing Manager support
Term Deposit maturing management
Diary management
Updating XPlan – datafeeds, linking, insurance, client data (fact find)
Establishing new clients on Xplan
Hard client file management
They need someone with a “can do” attitude.  Someone who can grasp the task and work autonomously.  

To be considered for this role you will have:
  • Must have proven office administration experience within a corporate environment (ideally within financial services industry)
  • Team Player
  • High level communication skills
