Customer Care Consultant

I am working with a global insurance company to find the best Customer Care Consultants for their fun and friendly team.

- WFH 3 days a week, 2 days in office.

What will you be doing?
- Answering inbound and carrying out outbound customer calls related to customer life insurance policies.
- Update CRM systems with customer information such as change of name, address, policy details, etc.
- Issuance of confidential policy documentation.
- Administration duties involving template generation, drafting letterheads and inbox management.
- Other Adhoc tasks as required.

What do you need?
- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a call cente environment
