Customer Service Consultant

What you will be doing:
- Answering inbound calls related to customer insurance policies for all lines of business.
- Responding to email enquiries from customers.
- Drafting templates and confidential documentation.
- Chasing up and processing insurance payments.
- Updating CRM systems with customer details such as change of name, address or policy.
- Other adhoc duties as required.

What you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask across different online platforms at one time.
- Positive attitude
