Group Claims Quality Assurance Consultant

You will spend your day;
  • Develop and implement the risk identification and review framework
  • Make recommendations to proactively manage / prevent future risks
  • Assist with the management of Audits, both internal and external, on the Claims function
  • Process management and improvement
  • Project work as required
All we need from you is;
  • In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance and claims management practices
  • Excellent analytical skills and methodologies
  • Demonstrated Life, TPD and income protection claims review experience (Group or Retail)
  • Strong experience assessing complex claims with high authority.
