• Work with key stakeholders in the business to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure the provision of appropriate UW and business process support to distributors

• Extensive experience in personal lines insurance underwriting, distribution and/or operations
• Demonstrated ability leading and managing teams
• Highly developed stakeholder management and engagement skills
