The role will see you responsible for:

• Advising claims professionals on RTW strategies for mental health claims
• Providing guidance on Occupational Rehab specialists to engage
• Speaking with treating doctors and other medical professionals to achieve RTW outcomes
• Training and development of claims professionals 

You will be able to demonstrate

• Experience of work within an IMA position of Occupational Rehabilitation
• AHPRA registration 
• Either an OT or Psych qualification
• Experience in managing mental health claims at a strategic occ rehab level 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
