Insurance Consultant - Underwriting Administration

My client is a multi-national Insurance company and within Australia operations across multiple states and territories.

You can be based in Sydney or Brisbane for these opportunities 

The role will see you responsible for:

  • Supporting the underwriting team with administration
  • Lodging new insurance applications onto internal databases
  • Taking calls from financial advisors/brokers regarding applications
  • Follow up calls to customers/advisors and brokers for further information
You will need to be able to demonstrate 
  • Solid administration/contact centre experience (ideally within the insurance industry or financial services sector
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to learn a product range and computer system rapidly
  • Have exceptional telephone skills
