• Provide input on strategic development
• Management of staff and service providers in conjunction with Team Leaders
• Management of the P&L for the business unit
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and monitor performance
• QA and process improvement/innovation projects

• Managing large claims teams in domestic property insurance
• Experience having ownership of P&L for a business unit
• Demonstrated experience in account management/stakeholder engagement
