Personal Injury/Workers Compensation Claims Advisor
What you will love about this role:
- Managing a portfolio of personal accident claims, ranging from fractures to more serious illness
- Checking all information and assessing the claim
- Working with Managers and stakeholders and assisting with the return to work
- Liaising closely with the claimant and ensuring they are attending appointments to assist with their return to health
- Working with the rehabilitation provider to ensure the best outcome for the client
- working within a wider claims team and reporting to an experienced manager, whilst being allowed to work autonomously
What you will enjoy bringing to the role:
- The ability to make a difference and support clients through their recovery
- Interacting with a range of people, using your experience and empathetic skills
- Your experience in personal injury, CTP, accident, and health, workers' compensation will align well with this role
