Project Manager - Insurance Call Centre
What you will thrive on in this role
- Using your experience in team leadership and project management and integration into a contact centre team
- Working with all senior members in the contact centre
- Obtaining buy-in for change management projects, by communicating information to all stakeholders
- Developing frameworks for projects and change management, as well as planning capacity
- Liaising with all parties, meeting and reviewing processes, to ensure best practice
- Proving any recommendations during the process to ensure outstanding results, and demonstrate cost savings
- Mentoring members of the project team to assist them with their development and performance of tasks
- Ensure well-executed talent development plans are put in place, including performance priorities and position descriptions.
What you will enjoy bringing to this role - Your degree/diploma and a related field - Project Management together with Six Sigma and PRINCE2
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, Project Management Diploma or Higher.
- Strong leadership, to coach and mentor project team members, managing multiple projects
- Your ability to understand the requirements of each project, the interdependencies, who to interface with and the appropriate methodology
- Experience in leading multiple projects, ensuring they are on track and have the relevant resources. Signing off along the stages of the projects
- Your proactive approach, considering risk and the ability to implement corrective action
