Your day will consist of:
- Providing quality service to customers 
- Debt recovery from Third Parties
- Determine liability, negotiate the outcome of the debt repayment, and complete files
- Answer and respond to queries related to a claim
- Accurate processing of claims
- Other adhoc duties.

What they will love about your background:
- Experience in Insurance and/or debt collecting
- Experience managing portfolio of claims with insurers
- Your ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Your fun and friendly attitude
