Senior Case Manager - Workers Compensation
What you enjoy about this role:
- Using your existing end to end workers compensation claims management experience
- Working closely with injury management and return to work coordinators in order to assist with a successful outcome
- Working with injured workers within small/medium size businesses, liaising directly with brokers
- Overseeing claims for workers within a variety of industries
- Managing both physical and psychological claims
- Supporting more junior team members when needed
What you can bring to the role:
- Your passion for helping others, and assisting with their return to work journey
- The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and negotiate good outcomes
- An empathetic manner, whilst having the ability to push back when needed and explain the claims process
- Solid experience within a workers compensation claims management role
- Your 'people person' and flexible approach with a positive, can-do attitude
