Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist

Your New Role:

  • In this position, you will be looking after your own clients and also helping out more junior team members, mentoring them in the role
  • You will be part of an SA team, helping and supporting each other
  • Working around the metropolitan area of the city, with travel within an hour of the centre
  • Managing adults and children in need of therapy services and undertaking the initial assessment to identify the individual's requirements, working alongside other professionals as needed
  • Being part of case conferences, review meetings, discussing clients' well being, and any risks or concerns
  • Taking the lead in planning, developing, and facilitating therapeutic therapies
  • Maintaining and delivering reports on clients
  • Being part of, and inputting into NDIS training programmes 
What You Will Bring:
  • At least 6 months' experience working with NDIS clients
  • You will be a fully qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist, looking to step into a senior role, supporting the development of team members
  • Your passion to help and support clients
