What you will be doing:
- Managing an end-to-end Strata claims portfolio involving lodgement of claims, investigation of complex claims matters, settlement and recovery.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Underwriters, Loss Adjusters, Claims Assessors, Brokers and insureds regarding claim status.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Building relationships with stakeholders of the business.
- Learn and educate clients on the Strata product line and interpret wordings.
- Other Adhoc tasks as required.
What you will need:
- At least 2 years experience in a Strata Insurance role.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude.
