Team Leader - Personal Lines

  • Lead a team of up to 9 Broking staff to service Personal Lines clients
  • Effectively managing and allocating a busy workload 
  • Ensuring performance targets are met across the team

About You:
  • Tier 1 Broking Qualifications or willingness to obtain 
  • Prior experience leading and coaching high-performance teams 
  • Strong technical knowledge of domestic and/or commercial insurance products 
  • Adaptable to change and enjoy learning new technologies 
  • Strong sales capabilities
