Team Leader - Personal Lines

The Role:
- Lead a team of up to 9 Broking staff to service Personal Lines clients
- Effectively managing and allocating a busy workload
- Ensuring performance targets are met across the team
- Encouraging a sales culture and driving business growth
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and training

About You: - Tier 1 Broking Qualifications or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience leading and coaching high-performance teams
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic and/or commercial insurance products
- Adaptable to change and enjoy learning new technologies
- Strong sales capabilities
