Team Manager, Team Leader - Retail Life Insurance Claims

As a Team Leader/Manager, you will;
  • Be responsible for the overall achievement of service level, productivity and quality targets
  • The overall leadership and ongoing development of the Claims team and the claims capability
  • Actively contribute to towards the formulation, development  and implementation of the claims philosophy, best practice and procedures
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement, relationship and expectation management
Your background will include;
  • Strong people management experience including coaching & mentoring, workflow allocations, performance management and escalations management in life insurance claims
  • Demonstrated experience driving outcomes in life insurance claims
  • Quality monitoring and reporting experience
  • Process improvement experience (desired)
