The Role:
- Lodging new claims over the phone and on email
- Determining liability
- Managing the claim through to settlement negotiations
- Entering data and maintaining accurate customer information
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring claims progress in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a claims role - end to end (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Flexible and agile
- Thorough understanding of Australian Road Rules
- Good understanding of common and civil law
- Utilise your strong background in domestic claims and move into a commercial role
