Job Description
Working for a Broker with over 40 years experience, operating in 4 locations around Australia. The team is growing and therefore they are looking for a new team member. They work with a wide range of clients and the key focus is providing outstanding customer service, from initiating the policy through to handling claims.
The Role:
- Dealing with policy renewals and discussing any out of line situations
- Negotiating new terms when required
- Chasing payment for outstanding premiums
- Dealing with processing of paperwork and policies
- Assisting Senior Broker with large commercial client administration
- Working in a small close working team
Your Experience and Skills:
- Having worked in insurance, preferably within a Broker you will enjoy liaising with customers and helping with any enquiries
- Experience in working across commercial insurance lines
- Fast and accurate data entry with experience in Sunrise if possible
- Tier 1 qualified
- You will posses great administration skills, in order to support the Senior Broker
- A helpful and friendly manner is essential
- Learn from a highly experienced Broker
- Salary to $70k + Super, depending on experience
- Small and friendly team
