Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an SME Broker to gain exposure to corporate clients and have a hands-on role in negotiating new and existing terms with insurers.
The role:
- Prepare and process quotes, renewals, endorsements etc.
- Attend client visits with Account Manager and assess risk exposures
- Negotiate competitive terms with underwriters
- Prepare suitable risk programmes for corporate clients
- Maintain industry knowledge
- Claims management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 - 3 years' minimum experience in Broking support role
- Solid technical understanding of commercial insurance products
- Experienced user of WinBEAT, Sunrise & Office Tech
- Tier 1 or 2 Broking Qualified (essential)
