Job Description
My client is a significant industry super fund with its head office based in Melbourne and satellite offices throughout the country.
Reporting to a senior manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing the relationships with 3rd party vendors
- Working with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
- Taking escalations relating to breaches made by your vendors and resolving them
- Pro-actively identifying opportunities for the Fund to improve its operations
- Drive programs of change for the business
- Manage contractual arrangements of your service providers
You will be able to demonstrate:
- A thorough understanding on industry super
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- A history of delivering continuous improvement within Superannuation
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- An ability to manage multiple projects at one time
