Our client are currently recruiting for a qualified actuary to join the insurance team. Work will include:
- Statistical pricing
- Scheme design
- Statistical modelling
- Preparing financial conditions reports
- Providing risk analysis and advice
The role will also involve managing and mentoring and training more junior staff members, as well as making strategic decisions and contributing to business activities.
Further to the above you will be supported to participate in unique projects outside of your remit and and when requested
Skills and experience
- Qualified Actuary with at least 5 years of experience in either a consulting or corporate environment.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex technical data with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
