About the opportunity:
My client is all about helping people realise their dreams and achieving financial success and to do that they must invest in their own members of staff hence the establishment of this role. You will be delivering the advice process and coaching members of staff on the technology made available to them to ensure that the business and it's people are taking full advantage of the tools made available to them.
The software training and coaching you will implement includes Xplan, Coin and Draft and you will be delivering the training in a way that improves Advisor productivity and awareness of what can be achieved when one is competent at using the systems made available to them.
