Advice Technology Improvement Manager

Currently due to natural growth an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advice Technology Improvement Manager to join the team based in the Sydney CBD offices. 

About the opportunity:

My client is all about helping people realise their dreams and achieving financial success and to do that they must invest in their own members of staff hence the establishment of this role. You will be delivering the advice process and coaching members of staff on the technology made available to them to ensure that the business and it's people are taking full advantage of the tools made available to them.

The software training and coaching you will implement includes Xplan, Coin and Draft and you will be delivering the training in a way that improves Advisor productivity and awareness of what can be achieved when one is competent at using the systems made available to them.

About you:
  
To be successful in this role you will be competent at communicating with all levels of the business. Passionate about people and customer service you will be open to new methods of delivering training and coaching and meet the following:

  • At least 5 years' experience in the Financial Planning Industry.
  • At least 3 years' experience in providing Financial Planning or Advice Technology support/Advice.
  • Proven experience in presenting or facilitation skills.
  • Familiar with Xplan, Draft and/or Coin or any other Advisor software
  • Advanced Diploma in Financial Services.
  • Qualifications in coaching or training will be highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
