Job Description

What you will love about this position:
  • Undertaking administration tasks, investigating information, this role is varied and busy!
  • Dealing with email enquiries from Authorised Representatives and Advisers
  • Transfering Advisers/policies to different Dealerships
  • Updating all Adviser/AR information on the system
  • Dealing with commission and remuneration queries, and making adjustments
  • Making changes to any licensees, portfolio transfers on the database
  • Helping with reports and assisting with calculations

What you will enjoy doing:
  • Working at a fast pace, helping others and feeling a sense of achievement at the end of the day.
  • Using two systems to check, update and change information, as well as your eye for detail, to spot any inaccuracies
  • Inputting and checking and finding the correct information
  • Multi-tasking, in a very busy support role
  • Working in a team of 13

Your experience:
Previous experience of working within an insurance, financial services, wealth management role, supporting Advisers
