This role is a Monday to Friday business hours role where you will need to work in a blended environment of sales and customer service.
The role consists of the following responsibilities;
• Handling calls - inbound /outbound
• Providing quotes - converting into sales
• Meeting individual and team KPI
• Cross -selling and up selling extra products
To be successful in this role we are looking for people that;
• Ideally have a strong sales background - with the insurance/finance industry
• Have the ability to work autonomously
• Have proven time management skills
• Have worked to targets and take pride in achieving results
• Have proven experience building relationships and maintaining these
• Have the ability to communicate with customers from all walks of life.
